I am done trading my time for money.

It sounds like a privilege to write this, but it is what it is.

I worked hard for the last 2 years, as a freelancer.

Before that, I was working a night shift job, and although it took more of my time & energy, I worked harder as a freelancer.

I delivered my best to clients, lost my peace of mind, stopped caring about my health & many other aspects of my life, and what did I get in return?

  • Yes, I got money.
  • I got good testimonials.
  • I got good case studies.

But I didn’t get what I wanted. Or rather, my wants changed over time.

So now what?

In a story I wrote a few days back, I mentioned how I want to make freelancing my side hustle and I am working towards that now.

Not by trading my time for money.

But by doing more of the things I love.
